When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, and any buying preferences you choose to share, such as areas, property types and price range. When you submit a property we collect what you put in the form and any photos you upload. While you're signed in, we keep a record of which deals you view, save, share or download and any address or call requests, so Cole knows what you're interested in and can follow up.
We use your information to approve and run your account, contact you about deals and questions you've asked about, and send new-deal alerts that match your preferences. You can turn alerts off at any time with the unsubscribe link in any alert email or under My preferences. We use property submissions to review your property and talk with you about selling it.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site, such as our hosting, database and email providers, and only as needed to operate it, or when the law requires it. Property photos you upload are private and seen only by our team.
You can update your preferences after signing in, or ask us to correct or delete your account and information by emailing cole@stonesriverpm.com.
Prices, rents, income, expenses, cap rates and other figures on this site are estimates or are as reported by sellers and listings. They have not been independently verified. They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of any return or result. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and the mortgage calculator is for rough estimates only and is not a loan offer. Please verify everything independently and talk with your own lender, attorney, accountant and inspector before you buy. Deals can change, go under contract or sell at any time.
